From the Panorama Sporthotel in Arlara, a short walk alongside Campo Golf Alta badia took us to Planac and the chairlift to Utia Punta Trieste (1,717m to 2,024m). From here it was a short walk to Rifugio Pralongia for lunch. We varied the route on the return, descending via Rifugio Marmotta. Skirting the top of the golf course, we took route 24 back to Arlara
