For our last day we did not fancy anything strenuous, so we took the Boe cable car up and had lunch at Piz Boe Alpine Lounge

Paccheri (pronounced pah-keh-ree) is a large, smooth, tube-shaped pasta originating from the Campania region of Italy (particularly Naples). Its name derives from the Neapolitan word paccarià, which means "slaps" or "slapping"—referring to the sound this heavy pasta makes when mixed with sauce or slapped onto a plate
