The start point - the top of Chalklands

Turn right down the Bridleway at the United Reform Chapel

Down the Bridleway

Turn right towards the end of the Bridleway

Three routes diverge at this point: the route to the left goes to the quarry; the route straight on goes to Butts Green; the route to the right goes to the Blue Bell wood

Keep bearing right

Through the gap in the hedge and keep bearing right

Over the stile into the Blue Bell wood

Turn right by the tree; this path goes back to East Hanningfiled Road
