Day 4 and we were not ready for really long days; the book lists this stage as 31.2 km so we decided to take the train from Santarém to Mato de Miranda, and then walk towards Azinhaga to pick up the camino.

As we had dinner in Lusitanus Restaurant we looked out over the dressage field in the centre of Golegã

Other Accommodation

Yarus, Berto and Corna stayed in a very nice albergue just around the corner from Quartos do Lagar. I went around there the next day to meet up with Yarus for the walk to Tomar.

Entrance to albergue "Inn Golegã" does not look very impressive, but it's nice inside
