After a long, cold and wet winter we were ready for some sun and relaxation, and booked the Melia Salinas Paradisus Hotel in Costa Teguise for 10 days through EasyJet holidays. Unfortunately it was not one of our best holidays. First of all it was not that warm, apart from the odd day, and secondly I became ill with a muscle problem. The most I could do was to walk into the centre of Costa Teguise, about a kilometer. Hence on this trip I took very few photos. This was in stark contrast to my previous trip to Lanzarote, when I walked the island from South to North over 6 days!

We cut short the holiday by 2 days so I could get back to UK for treatment.
