Leaving Aline Community Woodland the trail follows the road, and at Ceann Tarabhaigh it heads on to the moor. It eventually reaches Baile Aileain, one of the longest villages in Scotland. The final stretch before Laxay crosses over Abhainn Lacasaidth, one of Scotland's finest salmon rivers.
