Having previously had a bed-bug problem, Alex now asks pilgrims to leave their rucksack and boots in a horsebox outside. Not an ideal solution, especially when your boots are soaking wet.

As soon as owner Alex lit the wood burning stove I spotted an opportunity.... to get my
boots dry! Soon there were 8 pairs of boots around the stove!

And my sleeping bag!
