Alberobello is a small town in the Puglia region of southern Italy, famous for its over 1,000 trulli—unique, whitewashed dry-stone huts with conical roofs. Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996, these distinct structures—originally designed to avoid feudal taxes—now house boutique hotels, restaurants, and artisan shops.

It was a very hot day with the temperature around 30 degrees, and everybody and his uncle had decided to visit Alberobello that day. The crowds were just as bad as Venice of Florence, and the whole place had a "Disneyland" feel about it

The view of the stone-roofed Trulli houses is impressive......... or it would be without the people

Perhaps from over here.... oh no!

That's better!
