Waiting for the bus at Alba for Campitello. We obtained the bus timetable from the reception at the hotel and aimed for the 08:54 bus. We went early, which was just as well as the bus came 5 minutes early! There was no charge on the bus, so we were left wondering whether we had actually taken the right bus! It took us to Campitello without any drama, so we did not give it any further thought!

The cable car Funivia Col Rodella goes from 1,411m in Campitello to 2,395m at Col Rodella, a height gain of 984m

The people on the north side of the fence had a problem, and had to climb over a barbed wire fence
