Tardajos

Leaving Tardajos

Rabé de las Calzadas

Ermita de Nuestra Senora de Monasterio

Approaching Hornillos del Camino

Lunch. Mine was the mini-cheese- bocadillo at the bottom; the pint of beer and the mega-ham-bocadillo
were consumed by a Frenchman. Honest!

Half a kilometer to go to Hontanas and it is nowhere in sight!

Suddenly Hontanas appears from nowhere in a dip

The courtyard at Santa Brigida albergue

A beer and a footbath. What more could a peregrino ask for?

Dianne and Mick

Outside albergue El Puntido where I stayed last year.

Albergue Santa Brigida is on the left by the orange sign and the man in the yellow jacket.

Dinner at Santa Brigida. L to R: Mick, Jim, Debbie, Murray and Dianne.
(Jim, Debbie and Murray were over from Canada for the Camino)

The paella made up for my mini-bocadillo at lunchtime!
